Sonnedix has closed the purchase of a 5.1MW operational asset portfolio from Diversis Energa and Grupo Enerpal.
The portfolio comprises two ground-mounted solar photovoltaic plants in Spain. Both plants are operated by Spain and have been in service since 2008 and 2006, respectively.
