Itochu Corporation and Nel Asa have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the hydrogen sector to form a strategic collaboration.
Both parties will work together to investigate hydrogen-related commercial prospects and develop concrete initiatives. They also plan to develop the hydrogen company internationally by establishing a hydrogen value chain that includes production, transportation, and distribution, with possible partners in each sector. In addition, the parties agreed to collaborate with Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. to analyze and investigate each project and commercial potential.
