Taylor Machine Works teams up with Cummins to incorporate hydrogen engines into handlers
With intentions to include the Cummins 6.7 liter and 15 liter hydrogen engines into its product line, specifically for lift trucks and container handlers, Taylor Machine Works has signed a letter of intent.
According to the firm, hydrogen combustion engines will produce a zero-carbon fuel option that offers affordable machinery for high load factor, high utilization applications.
One of the key advantages of employing this technology is that it makes it possible to cut carbon emissions sooner without compromising productivity.
