Air Products Canada has renewed its commitment to hydrogen by becoming an Executive Member of the Canadian Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (CHFCA).
The industrial gas giant has over 50 years of experience with hydrogen, and its technologies are being employed in over 1.5 million hydrogen refueling operations each year across 20 nations.
With a focus on Canada, Air Products has unveiled the first phase of a multibillion-dollar proposal to develop a groundbreaking new net-zero hydrogen energy complex in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
As a CHFCA member, the corporation will continue to support Canada’s hydrogen aspirations.
Eric Guter, Vice-President of Hydrogen Mobility Solutions at Air Products, said, “Air Products is pleased to join the CHFCA and its strong group of member companies providing leadership in the decarbonisation of the transportation sector through mobility solutions. We look forward to partnering with this visionary group to help Canada achieve its climate and energy transition goals.”
