The North Brevard Economic Development Zone is offering a financial incentive to GenH2 in order to spur the construction of its new global headquarters campus in Titusville, Florida.

Nearly 100,000 square feet will be occupied once construction is complete. GenH2 has also agreed to create 100 full-time jobs by the end of 2025 as part of the agreement.

Hydrogen infrastructure visionary and leader Cody Bateman founded GenH2 to produce infrastructure equipment in mass quantities needed for a clean energy economy’s transition to a more sustainable future. Pure liquid hydrogen can now be produced, stored, and distributed safely on-site using GenH2 technology, making the product widely available for everyday use.

In order to create a 10.5-acre campus for the company’s global headquarters, the company plans to renovate two existing buildings and finish demolishing a third one. An investment of nearly $12 million will be made by GenH2 in purchasing and renovating the buildings, and a total of $35 million is planned for the multi-phase renovation and buildout of the facility.

“Our GenH2 team has deep roots in NASA and the Space Coast and we are thrilled to establish our headquarters here and continue to growth with the community and local residents,” said Rusty DiNicola, Chief Operating Officer of GenH2. “We are grateful for the support of Brevard County and the North Brevard Development Zone as well as the extensive support of the City of Titusville and the State of Florida, as we continue to grow our team and our leadership in the liquid hydrogen infrastructure industry.”

“Welcome to the community, GenH2.” expressed Brevard County District 1 Commissioner Rita Pritchett, who represents the area where the company’s headquarters will be located. “This is an opportunity to facilitate new clean energy technology in North Brevard and is a great investment which should help with the economic stability of the county.”
