A technology development and licensing agreement was signed by Cavendish Renewable Technology (CRT) and Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL), a member of the Adani Group.
The agreement also includes license fees, royalties, and infrastructure expenditures for the further development of intellectual property using CRT’s electrolyser technologies.
Now that the hydrogen electrolyser market in the APAC region is better served, CRT will be able to speed up its research efforts and shorten the commercialization pathway leading to immediate income generation.
To fulfill the rising demand in India and the Middle East North Africa region, Adani New Industries Limited has picked CRT as a technology partner for developing Green Hydrogen Electrolyser Technologies. The advancement of Alkaline Electrolysers (AEL), Polymer Exchange Membranes (PEM), Anion Exchange Membranes (AEM), and CRT’s ground-breaking “C Cell” technology for mass production are all covered.
