Hydrogen Europe is the largest organization of European businesses and groups dedicated to the advancement of this energy source.

This effort is a component of the company’s diversification and growth strategy in response to the energy transition problem.

Exolum is currently constructing the region’s first green hydrogen production plant and is a member of the Win4H2 alliance, which is working to establish a network of 50 hydrogen stations in order to facilitate the creation of national logistical routes with supply security.

Exolum has joined the Hydrogen Europe alliance, a leading European organization dedicated to advancing the development of the European hydrogen industry in order for the EU to reach carbon neutrality by 2050. The alliance brings together approximately 300 businesses and 30 national associations that span the whole value chain of the European hydrogen and fuel cell ecosystem.

Exolum is pursuing an aggressive growth and diversification strategy that includes a commitment to the development of the green hydrogen industry as an energy vector. Additionally, the corporation is involved in projects involving the storage and distribution of chemicals, as well as ecofuel and the circular economy.

Exolum is currently constructing the region’s first green hydrogen production plant, which is projected to be fully operational in the second half of 2022. To begin, the plant will create around 60 tonnes of green hydrogen per year, which will be available to any interested enterprise or user.

Additionally, Exolum formed the Win4H2 alliance with Naturgy and Enagás (via its subsidiary Scale Gas) to analyze and develop infrastructure for the production, distribution, and supply of green hydrogen in order to enable mobility with vehicles powered by this sustainable fuel throughout the Iberian Peninsula.

The project envisions the installation of a network of 50 hydrogen stations throughout Spain, allowing for the establishment of national logistical routes with supply security and access to international routes.
