  • lower its GHG emissions by 37.5% below 1990 levels by 2030;

In 2030, green hydrogen and bioenergy will have the ability to reduce Quebec’s annual consumption of petroleum products by approximately one billion liters. This might reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by 4 megatons of CO2 annually, which is comparable to eliminating 1,2 million gasoline-powered automobiles from the road.

  • Close the existing price gaps and increase their competitiveness relative to the price of fossil fuels;
