Hy Stor Energy and Schneider Electric have announced a mutual agreement, aimed at driving the development of Hy Stor Energy’s Mississippi Clean Hydrogen Hub (MCHH) and its broader U.S. platform.
As per the memorandum of understanding (MOU), Schneider Electric will equip Hy Stor Energy with automation and safety solutions, AVEVA process operation and AI optimization software, weather analysis, predictive operations, and digital energy management solutions. Additional services offered include commissioning, operational analytical tools, and support for those offers.
This collaboration will amplify Hy Stor Energy’s goal for MCHH to be a unique, world-first establishment delivering reliable zero-carbon hydrogen to numerous industries. By doing so, the partnership will ensure Hy Stor Energy’s customers receive secure, reliable, and affordable green hydrogen without any carbon footprint or methane emissions.
Speaking on this association, Laura Luce, CEO and Founder of Hy Stor Energy, lauded Schneider Electric for their innovative solutions that would enhance the efficiency, safety, and reliability of Hy Stor Energy’s renewable hydrogen and long duration storage platform.
Under the agreement, Schneider Electric will act as the main automation and electrical contractor and digital energy management and automation solutions partner for Hy Stor Energy’s operations. This strategic coalition is set to deliver 100% carbon-free energy to customers, providing safe and reliable renewable energy on-demand.
