KBR recently announced their contract procurement for their proprietary K-GreeN green ammonia technology. The firm will provide this technology for Fortescue’s Holmaneset green energy project in Norway.
The contract entails KBR delivering not just their innovative green ammonia technology but also their specialized engineering design along with FEED support engineering services. The focus is on Norway’s 675 metric tonnes per day grassroots green ammonia factory.
For several decades, KBR is recognized for its groundbreaking approach in the ammonia market globally. The company has either licensed, engineered, or constructed over 250 grassroots ammonia factories worldwide, launching its journey in the arena since 1943.
