Lhyfe and Masdar, two major players in the renewable energy sector, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to co-develop large-scale green hydrogen projects in Europe.

This partnership is focused on exploring collaboration and investment opportunities across the entire green hydrogen value chain. By leveraging their complementary strengths, Lhyfe and Masdar aim to stimulate innovation and growth within the green hydrogen industry, ultimately contributing to a sustainable energy future.

The partnership between Lhyfe and Masdar is expected to bolster their presence in the European green hydrogen market, with an emphasis on innovation and technological advancements. Prior to this agreement, Lhyfe had already engaged in efforts to advance hydrogen mobility in Europe. In October 2024, it signed another MoU with KEYOU to push hydrogen mobility, focusing on constructing a production plant in Schwäbisch Gmünd, near Stuttgart, Germany, with operations slated to begin by the end of 2024.
