Lotte Chemical and Beomhan Fuel Cell have agreed to form a carbon-neutral and environmentally beneficial business cooperation. Lotte Chemical ESG Management Headquarters Manager Kim Yeon-seop and Beomhan Fuel Cell CEO Jeong Young-sik were in attendance at the signing event.
The two businesses want to create a carbon-neutral and environmentally friendly business relationship by efficiently leveraging each company’s know-how and infrastructure to extend the hydrogen value chain and contribute to the vitalization of the hydrogen economy as a result of this agreement.
According to the terms of the agreement, Lotte Chemical and Bumhan Fuel Cell will collaborate in a variety of areas, including hydrogen fuel cell power generation, hydrogen fuel cell-related business, joint development of additional business using each company’s infrastructure, and investment in environmentally friendly technologies.
Kim Yeon-seop, head of Lotte Chemical’s ESG management division, stated, “I am extremely delighted with this MOU that Lotte Chemical and Bumhan Fuel Cell have developed for the growth of Korea’s hydrogen business infrastructure.” It is intended to aid in the revival of the economy.”
