Oracle Power PLC revealed that the green hydrogen project steering committee has successfully convened its inaugural meeting, marking an important milestone in project development and collaboration.

Furthermore, Oracle Power PLC has achieved another significant feat by completing bankable feasibility studies for the ambitious 1.2-gigawatt hybrid grid interconnection and storage architecture of the project. These studies play a pivotal role in assessing the project’s technical and economic viability, providing crucial insights into its feasibility and potential.

Recognizing the importance of integrating renewable energy sources, Oracle Power PLC has engaged consultants to conduct power studies and evaluate the feasibility of incorporating solar and wind energy technologies into the project. With a planned capacity of 700 megawatts of solar energy and 500 megawatts of wind energy, this initiative exemplifies the company’s dedication to harnessing Pakistan’s vast renewable energy potential.

The hybrid energy study, encompassing the integration of solar and wind technologies, is projected to be completed by the third quarter. This comprehensive assessment will shed light on the green hydrogen project’s technical feasibility, optimal capacity, and grid integration requirements. The findings will play a crucial role in shaping the project’s future development and investment decisions.
