Are you active in the energy sector, especially hydrogen? And would you like to explore the markets of Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, Mexico and Panama in this area? Then register for this online event on December 9.

The hydrogen energy sector is at a turning point worldwide. The energy transition has made countries and companies realize that the use of hydrogen and hydrogen derivatives (ammonia, methanol and synthetic fuels) is becoming increasingly important.

Latin America as a hotspot for hydrogen
A combination of cheap renewable electricity and the availability of land ensures that Latin America is in the spotlight of (international) hydrogen ecosystems. Countries in Latin America are important for the production, use and export of green hydrogen. This is due to:

low costs of sustainable electricity production;
availability of land for onshore and offshore wind and solar parks;
commitment from countries to meet international climate targets;
favorable seaside locations for the export of hydrogen and derivatives.

Topics during the webinar
During the webinar, the focus will be on potential areas of collaboration:

green hydrogen production;
knowledge transfer;
mining;
heavy transport vehicles;
supply chains for import and export.
