Proton Technologies Canada has licensed Sabien Technology Group to use its hydrogen fabrication and carbon capture technology in the United Kingdom.
According to the AIM-listed carbon reduction company, the license allows for a daily hydrogen production capacity of up to 20 metric tons. Sabien will hold a minority equity position in a special purpose vehicle in which Proton has awarded an option to create and manage a plastics-to-oil recycling plant at Proton’s Canadian site.
Sabien now has access to the hydrogen market in the United Kingdom as a result of this agreement.
