S&B Engineers and Constructors (S&B) has began work on Plug Power’s Peachtree hydrogen project in Kingsland, Georgia.

The facility will create green hydrogen using Plug’s patented electrolysis technology, which will then be liquefied, kept, and loaded for shipment. The facility will be able to produce 15 tons of liquid hydrogen per day once it is finished.

In addition to already finished engineering work for Plug’s Pathfinder hydrogen test facility, which is also located on the site, S&B is providing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for the Peachtree site.
