Snam4Mobility, a Snam Group venture, and Wolftank Hydrogen have begun working together to promote hydrogen mobility by building refueling stations for cars, buses, and trucks.

The first is a joint expression of interest in response to the Institute for Technological Innovations (IIT) in Bolzano’s request for proposals for the construction of new refueling stations along the Brenner Motorway (A22).

In Italy, there is currently only one public hydrogen vehicle refueling station, in Bolzano, which was installed in 2012 with the help of the H2 Platform companies, including Wolftank.

Snam’s strategic plan calls for at least five hydrogen refueling stations to be built by 2024.

Wolftank Hydrogen and Snam4Mobility may decide to expand their partnership to the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
