HOPIUM partners with K-Challenge

HOPIUM has partnered with K-Challenge, a sports technology firm that aims to win the America’s Cup and other major international sailing contests by bringing together the best sailors with cutting edge technology.

The goal of this long-term collaboration is to provide a platform for hydrogen solutions for boats shorter than thirty meters. The Orient Express Racing Team support boat, a Chase Boat demonstration, will be outfitted with a 160 kW Hopium fuel cell system next year as the initial stage in this relationship.


Advait Infratech has established subsidiary in Norway

In Norway, Advait Infratech has established Advait Energy Holding AS, a completely owned subsidiary.

Within the green hydrogen ecosystem, the organization will strategically collaborate, invest, provide services, sell, manufacture, and exchange technical know-how.


Oman showcases hydrogen goals in Amsterdam

The Sultanate of Oman took part in a hydrogen conference held in Amsterdam, represented by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals. Oman’s strategy for the green hydrogen sector was presented by Minister of Energy and Minerals, Eng. Salim Nasser Al Aufi, during his speech at the symposium.1

He described the critical actions Oman made to create a competitive and long-lasting hydrogen economy. Al Aufi emphasized the need of strengthening international collaboration in this regard in order to create trade corridors for hydrogen and its derivatives.


Lidl launches green hydrogen truck in France

Lidl has persisted in investigating environmentally friendly delivery options since launching the first green hydrogen-powered logistics facility in Europe in March 2022 in Carquefou, Loire-Atlantique. At the Salon de l’Agriculture 2022, the company signed a charter to introduce the first green hydrogen-powered heavy goods vehicle (HGV) in collaboration with Jacky Perrenot and Lhyfe.


GPCL and GH2 partner on green hydrogen

The state nodal agency for green hydrogen programs, Gujarat Power Corporation Limited (GPCL), and the Green Hydrogen Organization (GH2) have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Gujarat Energy Minister Kanubhai Desai graced the ceremony to officially announce the cooperation.

In accordance with the state’s goal of creating more than 3 million tonnes of green hydrogen by 2030, GH2 and GPCL will collaborate closely to expedite the production of green hydrogen in Gujarat.
