In South Korea, Wintech Energy has installed its advanced hydrogen production system near Seoul. This development was achieved through collaboration with St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. and its subsidiary, H2SX Corp.

The facility is set to be operational by the end of the year, following a commissioning period to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The system uses cutting-edge technology involving a microwave plasma torch. This innovative approach effectively separates hydrogen from carbon in methane molecules by employing electromagnetic fields.

This method applies to both naturally occurring methane and methane derived from organic waste. This process results in producing clean hydrogen alongside pure carbon powder, eliminating greenhouse gas emissions.
