Wolftank Group has secured a new hydrogen project with a contract valued at EUR 4.9 million. The Italian public transport provider TPER awarded the contract for the installation of a third hydrogen refueling station in Bologna.
This new facility will enable the efficient refueling of around 40 hydrogen-powered buses. Since the beginning of 2023, TPER has collaborated with Wolftank Group as the key industrial partner for hydrogen tank systems.
Previous projects with TPER include hydrogen stations in Bologna and Ferrara, including an initial order worth EUR 9.5 million in June 2023, followed by another worth EUR 15.5 million in May 2024. These projects reinforce Wolftank’s prominent role in developing sustainable regional transport solutions.
