Mexico’s state-owned oil company, Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex), announced on Wednesday that it expects to repurchase hydrogen plants at two of its refineries.
Pemex Chief Executive Octavio Romero said at a daily government news conference that the company was in talks to buy back the hydrogen plants at its Tula and Madero refineries.
