JCB introduces hydrogen backhoe loader in India

The highly ambitious £100 million initiative by JCB, which aims to develop extremely efficient hydrogen engines, was introduced in India with the presence of Hon. Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari. With its purpose-built hydrogen combustion engine, the unveiled JCB backhoe loader made its public debut, demonstrating the company’s dedication to reducing carbon emissions and promoting decarbonization in the Indian construction industry.

Launched in conjunction with COP28, the UN Climate Change Conference in Dubai, the hydrogen-powered JCB 3DX backhoe loader highlights JCB’s contribution to global decarbonization by offering affordable and useful technology.


Denyo launches fuel cell portable generator in Singapore

Singapore’s ambition for a robust and sustainable future is ideally aligned with Denyo’s fuel cell portable generator, which is revolutionizing industries. This hydrogen-powered power generator does away with carbon emissions, which are characteristic of conventional machinery utilized in the industry that produces a lot of emissions.

The fuel cell portable generator from Denyo can help Singapore in its efforts to accelerate business transition towards a lower-carbon energy system, which is at the core of the nation’s sustainability revolution. Because of its adaptability, the fuel cell generator is a great substitute for conventional gasoline or diesel-powered vehicles when it comes to renewable hydrogen use. It is a clean, highly portable, and efficient energy source.


SPIE takes part in Vallée Sud Hydrogène

As part of the Vallée Sud Hydrogène project in the department of Hauts-de-Seine, SPIE will take part in the design and construction of hydrogen production and distribution facilities.

Included in a provisional consortium that includes, among others, Vallée Sud Mobilité and Hynamics, the EDF subsidiary dedicated to hydrogen, SPIE will take part in the construction of two stations in Châtenay-Malabry and Châtillon.


KIB Plug Energy enters hydrogen business

On the 4th, Sangsang Certificate declared that KIB Plug Energy is broadening its business domain to include hydrogen technology, utilizing chemical equipment. Target stock price and investment opinion were not given.

Heat exchangers, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and other chemical equipment are among the products that KIB Plug Energy specializes in exporting. EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) companies involved in plant construction projects are major clients. The primary component is a heat exchanger, which is utilized in petrochemical, electricity, and oil refinery facilities.
