The Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (CH JU) has announced a tender titled “European Hydrogen Safety Panel,” published on January 29, 2025.

The primary objective of the tender is to set up, organize, manage, and coordinate the European Hydrogen Safety Panel. This panel will focus on developing and disseminating safety measures to maximize impact. The contract involves providing services that support these activities, ensuring that the EHSP and the Clean Hydrogen JU meet their objectives efficiently.
The tender invites business and management consultancy services, focusing on coordination and management, with an estimated value of up to EUR 2,000,000. The procurement is partly financed by EU Funds and aligns with the directives outlined in Directive 2014/24/EU.
The award criteria for the tender are predominantly based on quality, with a 70% weight, while the remaining 30% is attributed to pricing factors. The framework agreement is settled without reopening competition, focusing on consistent management and coordination services.
