Ariel, HOERBIGER partner on hydrogen mobility markets

The biggest producer of reciprocating compressors in the world, Ariel Corporation, and the supplier of reciprocating compressor parts, HOERBIGER, establish a partnership to provide dry compressor solutions for the hydrogen transportation industry.

The solutions created as a result of this agreement satisfy the requirements for a contemporary infrastructure of hydrogen filling stations for heavy-duty vehicles like buses, trains, and ships.

Over the last year, Ariel and HOERBIGER have combined their capabilities in manufacturing, engineering, and research & development. Together, the two businesses are creating a compressor solution that is appropriate for a variety of upcoming or ongoing projects involving the efficient and dependable refueling of high-volume and high-pressure vehicles.

Therefore, HOERBIGER will eventually be able to provide whole compressor systems as a comprehensive solution for the hydrogen filling station market.
