Atlas Professionals has signed an exclusive contract with the global offshore wind company, Ørsted, to provide 14 local wind farm operations & maintenance professionals for Greater Changhua.

The key recruiting activities will take place in the first two quarters of 2021, beginning in the next few months with the first two professionals. The chosen local professionals are being trained and prepared to be ready for action for the first quarter of 2022, to be part of the maintenance team at Ørsted.

To attend national and international technical training courses, the practitioners must have fluent English skills and strong communication skills. Candidates should have technical experience in such fields as motors and machinery, strong physical health and ability to work at sea and high altitude.

This contract signifies the determination of both companies to substantially invest in the Taiwan market, transferring world-leading O&M expertise. After complete preparation, covered by Atlas and Ørsted, the technicians will engage in the Greater Changhua wind farm ‘s Operations & Maintenance, which will be located 35 to 60 kilometers off the coastline of Changhua.
