Representatives of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Energy and the Japanese Toyota Tsusho Corporation met to examine the potential for hydrogen generation and its applications, and develop suggestions on pilot projects in this field, according to Trend.
According to the “Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2022-2026,” among the key goals are to boost the use of renewable energy sources, environmentally friendly automobiles, and “green technology.”
The utilization of green technology and renewable energy sources, particularly the usage of solar and wind energy, was emphasized by Japanese officials of Toyota Tsusho Corporation.
