– Total Carbon: 50 wt % to 75 wt % total carbon on a dry basis, with the carbon being renewable as determined by the ASTM D6866 isotopic ratio of Carbon-14 to Carbon-12.
– Oxygen Content: 20 wt % to 40 wt % on a dry basis.
– Hydrogen Content: 3 wt % to 10 wt % on a dry basis.
– Nitrogen Content: 0.1 wt % to 2 wt % on a dry basis.
– Volatile Matter: 50 wt % to 75 wt %, determined by ASTM D3175.
– Ash Content: 1 wt % to 25 wt %, determined by ASTM D3174.
– Moisture Content: 0 wt % to 75 wt %, according to ASTM D317.
