Calvera, a Spanish business, has been given a contract by Biproraf, a Polish company, to create two hydrogen service stations for large and light cars. Calvera will be able to increase its worldwide footprint with the new refueling facilities, which will be placed in the cities of Poznam and Katowice.
These new stations will provide hydrogen at 350 bars for big cars and 700 bars for light vehicles (each with a hydrogen capacity of 1.6 tons per day). They will also have hydrogen storage with a pressure of up to 900 bars, as well as hydrogen unloading panels, compression systems, and dispensers.
Calvera’s procurement will also include numerous 300-bar tube trailers, which will be used to carry hydrogen from production facilities to distribution stations. The project is planned to be finished in 2023.
