The world’s largest solar-powered hydrogen factory, in China, started operations.
The project, which is operated by Baofeng Energy Group, uses a 200-MW solar power plant in northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region to electrolyze water and produce hydrogen, which can be used instead of coal.
