Xingshunda New Energy Technology, a joint venture between China Yuchai and Beijing Yuchai, has been incorporated in the Daxing District of Beijing.
Joint venture Beijing Yuchai Xingshunda New Energy Technology has been established with a registered capital of RMB 10 million by the company and its subsidiary Yuchai Xin-Lan New Energy Power Technology and Beijing Xing Shun Da Bus through Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited.
For the Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei markets, a joint venture between the two companies will accelerate the development, manufacturing, and sale of fuel cell powertrain systems and core fuel cell power system components.
