Dijon Metropole has announced a tender titled “Acquisition de bus standards et articulés à l’hydrogène,” published on December 10, 2024. The submission deadline is set for January 21, 2025.

This initiative marks a pivotal step towards sustainable public transportation, emphasizing the growing role of hydrogen technology in reducing urban carbon emissions and advancing eco-friendly urban mobility.

The primary aim of this tender is to procure standard and articulated hydrogen-powered buses to enhance Dijon Metropole’s public transport fleet. The tender requires suppliers to deliver buses that meet specific criteria, such as efficient hydrogen fuel cell systems with high energy conversion rates.
