Italian Premier Mario Draghi signed the protocols with the concerned regions for the Hydrogen Valley project, one of the pillars of Italy’s post-COVID National Recovery and Resilience Plann (NRRP), which is being financed by around 200 billion euros in EU subsidies and low-interest loans.
