Sirius Aviation to unveil hydrogen-powered VTOL aircraft – Sirius Jet

The hydrogen-powered VTOL aircraft, called Sirius Jet, which was created in association with BMW Designworks and the Sauber Group, will be unveiled by Sirius Aviation.

The Sirius Jet is a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft that combines the versatility of airplanes and helicopters with the aerodynamics of a jet. It is entirely electric and has no pollutants. The business jet can carry up to five passengers and has a range of 1,150 miles (1,850 km) thanks to its hydrogen-electric ducted fan propulsion system. It will be able to reach elevations of 30,000 feet and fly at 323 mph. An airframe parachute system is among the other important features.
