Hydrogen Diplomacy Forum unveils Central Asian hydrogen prospects
The forum, which was arranged by the Hydrogen Diplomacy Office Astana in collaboration with the Sustainable Energy Connectivity in Central Asia (SECCA) project of the European Union, acted as a venue for international dialogue on green hydrogen between Kazakhstan and Germany.
Damen and CMB.TECH cooperate to power four tugs with hydrogen
Damen and CMB.TECH have inked a cooperation agreement for four tugs that run on hydrogen.
The Damen-built vessels will be equipped with the dual fuel hydrogen technology from CMB.TECH, which will cut emissions dramatically.
On May 23, 2024, the classification society Lloyd’s Register gave CMB.TECH and Damen an approval in principle (AiP) for the hydrogen solution that will be placed in the tugs, and that is when the agreement was signed.
