Green Skills for Hydrogen held in Greece

With the third General Assembly of the Green Skills for Hydrogen project, the Greek city of Kozani emerged as the epicenter of hydrogen knowledge.

This project, which aims to create professional training programs and instructional materials in the field of hydrogen, drew together partners from around Europe to evaluate its development and formulate plans for a sustainable future.

This meeting provided a forum for evaluating the project’s progress, exchanging ideas, and developing future plans. It was conducted two years after the first in Brussels and one year after the second in Turin.

The approval of the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway, the resolution by Nel’s Board of Directors to distribute the shares of Cavendish to Nel’s shareholders as a dividend in kind, and the approval of a listing prospectus by the Oslo Stock Exchange are among the conditions that still need to be met before the spin-off and Listing can proceed. There is no guarantee that the spin-off and Listing will be finished by the end of Q2 2024, even though they are still on track.
