In order to integrate, assemble, and deliver GKN’s hydrogen equipment in Australia and New Zealand using the OEM hydrogen metal hydride storage technology, GreenHy2 and GKN have signed an Exclusive Agency Agreement.

The arrangement officially starts on January 1st, 2023. The initial term is for two years.

The first extension option is for a period of two years, starting at the conclusion of the initial term. The second extension option is for a three-year period starting when the first extension expires.
Following GKN authorisation, GREENHY2 is allowed to act in nations and provide GKN equipment in the Southeast Asian region on a project-by-project basis. The Agreement is dependent on GreenHy2 meeting its sales performance goals for a minimum of one year.
