Mitsubishi Power has started a new council named “Kobe/Kansai Hydrogen Utilization Council” with the intention of developing hydrogen utilization practices and establishing a hydrogen supply chain in the Kobe/Kansai area.
Through its actions with the new Council, the company will continue supporting the change to a carbon-free, hydrogen-powered society by 2030.
The companies involved are: Electric Power Development, ENEOS Corporation, Iwatani Corporation (Lead), The Kansai Electric Power Company, Incorporated, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Kobe Steel, Marubeni Corporation (Lead), Mitsubishi Power, Obayashi Corporation, and Shell Japan Limited.
