Jericho Energy Ventures will take part in the HALO Hydrogen Hub, a three-state public-private cooperation spanning Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Up to $7 billion in financing is available through the DOE’s Regional Clean Hydrogen Hubs program to help build six to ten regional clean hydrogen hubs around the country. In March of this year, Gov. John Bel Edwards announced Louisiana’s decision to join the alliance, enabling the state to compete for funds to expand the hydrogen industry.

A zero-emission boiler powered by hydrogen has been created by Jericho Energy Ventures through its wholly owned subsidiary, Hydrogen Technologies. These boilers currently in use burn coal, natural gas, diesel, or fuel oil and contribute significantly to the annual global emissions of greenhouse gases.
