Nel ASA is currently engaged in advanced commercial negotiations with two independent customers regarding the sale of contracts with a combined value of approximately EUR 3 million.
The scope of one of the contracts includes an alkaline electrolyser system, while the scope of the other contract includes hydrogen-fueled fueling modules. Both of the potential contracts are in the Europe
Negotiations are still ongoing, and there can be no assurance that the various parties involved will come to an agreement on the terms of supply contracts that is acceptable to both parties involved.
