STM and GÜRBAĞ have signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the fields of “Hydrogen Energy and Propulsion Solutions” and “Stabilized Pan-Tilt and Laser Communication Solutions.”
According to the requirements of developing technology, the partnership was signed in the fields of “Hydrogen Energy and Propulsion Solutions” and “Stabilized Pan-Tilt and Laser Communication Solutions.” Field application and productization will be implemented in the areas of collaboration, R&D, and R&D.
General Manager Özgür Güleryüz of STM claims that the agreement is the first of its kind in Turkey in this field. The goal, according to Güleryüz, is to use hydrogen energy to improve the energy efficiency of surface and underwater platforms while also providing secure communication between sea, air, and land platforms via stabilized pan-tilt and laser communication. Güleryüz said that as part of the collaboration, at least one solution will be in the field by the end of the year.
