“Project Merida” and an order for a Pre-Study centered on how the Plagazi Process may recycle plastic waste into pure green hydrogen have been announced by Plagazi.

In order to protect their identity, the end-customer requested to remain anonymous for the time being. Construction of a Plagazi Process plant can get underway once the Pre-Study is completed in Q4 of 2021.

The purpose of a Pre-Study is to help the client determine whether or not a Plagazi Process plant can be implemented within the parameters set out by the client. Pre-Study work serves as the foundation for the Basic Engineering Study stage, which is a more in-depth study focused on the specifics of the customer’s waste and further project details, including testing and full process details, environmental permission process, and extensive financial analysis, if the client finds construction and implementation of a Plagazi plant feasible after receiving the report.

EPC, which includes engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), begins with a Pre-Detailed Engineering/FEED for the plant design, which is completed once the customer is happy with the Pre-Study and Basic Engineering Study.
