Raven SR plans to build a waste-to-hydrogen production facility in Aragón, Spain.
From 75 tons of organic solid waste per day, the Raven SR project in Aragón will produce 1,600 metric tons of renewable hydrogen per year. Raven SR intends to start work on the modular project in 2023. Raven SR’s non-combustion technology reduces waste and emissions while producing a clean, renewable fuel.
Raven SR is a member of the Hy2Market and European Consortium Pilot Action, which is part of the I3 Interregional Innovation Investment Funding Instrument, and aims to support the commercialization and scaling up of interregional European innovation projects and investments through the development of European hydrogen value chains. The S3 European Hydrogen Valleys Partnership named Raven SR’s project as the best industrial hydrogen initiative in December, citing its advanced technological development stage and potential for implementation in the European Union.
