Romande Energie and Calycé Développement sign development partnership

Romande Energie France and Calycé Développement have signed a co-development partnership covering a portfolio of 15 wind farm projects in France.

Located in the regions of Grand Est, Hauts de France and Pays de la Loire, the project have a total output of 646 MW.

Under the terms of the partnership, Romande Energie will acquire an interest in six early-stage projects (50 percent shareholding), seven late-stage projects (100 pecent), a guaranteed project (80 per cent) and a wind farm that is already in operation (100 percent).

Calycé’s team will continue to oversee all projects until they are ready for construction.
