RONN, QEV Tech, and BTECH, as Founding Partners, seek to commercialize the De-carbonization Hub, which will retain and add thousands of employment to the local job market.
This cooperation is the culmination of a year-long process that RONN launched with Nissan and the Spanish government, putting the merged joint venture ahead of 60 other companies vying for the opportunity.
The joint venture is now in talks with Nissan Japan about keeping the e-NV200 in production. For projected European distribution, RONN would rebrand as a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle sold under the HYDRONN name. The electric version of the e-NV200 will be maintained by QEV Tech and rebranded under their name. The Hub will serve as a springboard for RONN Motor Group’s European production of the HYDRONN commercial logistics product line, as well as additional product lines.
The MYST Q-SERIES Luxury SUV and Sedan from RONN are all-electric hydrogen fuel cell vehicles with a range of 700 km or more. With cutting-edge architecture, a luxury interior, intuitive design, and technologically enhanced safety features, this is the place to be.
The joint venture plans a one-billion-euro investment over the next five years to undertake a number of cutting-edge sustainable mobility projects. The Decarbonization Hub’s approval would result in the creation of over 4,000 direct jobs and almost 10,000 indirect jobs through a large network of suppliers and partners. Many domestic and foreign businesses have already expressed interest in joining the De-carbonization Hub.
