A draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the National Energy Administration of China and the Saudi Ministry of Energy in the area of clean hydrogen energy was authorized by the Shoura Council. This came after the council’s Energy and Industry Committee had presented a report on the subject.

The council discussed the items on the agenda for the session, which included the reports of the specialized committees regarding a number of draft memoranda of understanding and cooperation agreements, and it made a number of decisions in this regard. The session was presided over by its vice president, Dr. Mishaal Al-Salami.

The Saudi Institute of Public Administration and the Egyptian State Council’s proposed legal MOU were authorized by the council.

The proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for collaboration in the cultural sector between the Moroccan Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication and the Saudi Ministry of Culture was also approved by Shoura.
