U.S. Senator Chris Coons, U.S. Representative Lisa Blunt Rochester, and Delaware clean energy leaders participated in a roundtable discussion on clean hydrogen technology today at the Air Liquide Innovation Campus. Sen. Tom Carper, chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, also attended.
Hydrogen energy has the potential to decarbonize the manufacturing, transportation, and electric utility sectors. President Biden’s dedication to addressing the climate catastrophe will be greatly aided by the clean hydrogen investments made possible by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act and the Inflation Reduction Act, both of which were co-authored by Senator Carper.
