Solstad Offshore has secured a contract with an undisclosed EPIC contractor for the Construction Support Vessel (CSV) Normand Baltic.

The vessel will be utilized in the development phase of an offshore wind project in Taiwan.

The contract will start during 1st half 2021 and will have a duration of up to 220 days.

Normand Baltic, of STX 06 CD design, was built in 2010. The vessel has a length of 96,3 meters and a beam of 20 meters with the capacity to accommodate 80 persons in total.

With this contract for Normand Baltic, Solstad continues to expand its activity within offshore wind, both in Europe and Asia.
