Chinese manufacturer of hydrogen fuel cell-powered vehicles Bestpath IoT Technologies and SPAC Aquaron Acquisition have decided to join.
The transaction puts the merged company’s original equity at about $1.2 billion.
In October, Aquaron held its first public offering, generating about $50 million to look for a company merger in the new energy industry.
