Spain is stepping up its efforts to expand renewable energy and green hydrogen production by 2030. The Council of Ministers has approved a new plan aimed at significantly increasing the country’s capacity for wind and solar power.
Under the new plan, Spain aims to raise its wind power capacity to 62 gigawatts (GW). This is a substantial increase from previous targets.
