Stargate Hydrogen takes a significant leap forward with the official launch of their Alkaline Electrolysis Stack.

In the quest for sustainable energy solutions, green hydrogen stands out as a key contender. The Alkaline Electrolysis Stack, named Stellar 100, lies at the core of Stargate Hydrogen’s endeavor to drive industrial decarbonization. This stack, boasting a production capacity of up to 100Nm3/h, signifies a pivotal advancement in the realm of green hydrogen technology.

Crafted in Europe and meticulously designed to align with customer specifications, the Stellar 100 epitomizes engineering excellence. Its modular configuration, tailored to fit standard maritime containers, underscores its versatility and adaptability to diverse project requirements.

Collaborating with leading European suppliers and partnering with esteemed research institutes like the Center for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research Baden-Württemberg (ZSW), Stargate Hydrogen subjected the Alkaline Electrolysis Stack to rigorous testing. The results, including an impressive stack-level efficiency of 80% (HHV), position Stargate Hydrogen as a frontrunner in the green hydrogen market.

With the launch of the Stellar 100, Stargate Hydrogen embarks on a journey to deliver sustainable solutions to the market. The company’s COO, Jan Grolig, expresses pride in this milestone achievement, emphasizing the collective effort behind the product’s development.

The Stellar 100 sets sail for pioneering projects, with initial deliveries earmarked for a 1 MW pilot venture in Estonia, followed by another 1 MW delivery in Germany. These initiatives mark the beginning of a transformative journey towards widespread adoption of green hydrogen technology.

Stargate Hydrogen’s Alkaline Electrolysis Stack represents a paradigm shift in green hydrogen production. With its unmatched efficiency and reliability, this innovation heralds a new era of sustainability and progress in the hydrogen energy sector.
